Commissions are uncapped, and bonuses are recurring. You will earn: Weekly Commissions Payouts + 35% Passive Income (Monthly Residuals) + Monthly Bonuses Once an account is signed, it stays in your portfolio, paying you every month it's active. As a baseline, the average first-year agent closing 8–12 accounts a month ends the year earning $4,000–$6,000/month in residuals alone, on top of upfront commissions.
