What you'll do Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items to our quality standards. Create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer. Keep the cafe clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. Work efficiently with your teammates, especially during busy periods. Follow established procedures and take ownership of your responsibilities. Communicate clearly, support your coworkers, and help shifts run smoothly. What we're looking for We're looking for more than someone who can make a great cup of coffee. Brings warmth and genuine hospitality to customer interactions. Has a strong sense of urgency and recognizes what needs to be done. Is organized, attentive to detail, and takes initiative. Welcomes feedback and is eager to learn and improve. Works well with others and contributes positively to the team. Previous cafe or barista experience is preferred. Experience with espresso preparation and customer service is an asset, but reliability, heart, and a willingness to learn are just as significant.
