Lead Halifax Seed’s Debert distribution operations through ERP systems, Excel reporting, and hands-on fulfillment leadership in Nova Scotia. Support customers across Atlantic Canada and beyond.

Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, the Distribution Manager leads fulfillment and distribution activities at the Debert facility. You will guide warehouse employees, oversee order execution, and use operational data to improve service levels. The work combines planning, safety compliance, seasonal execution, and facility coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily distribution, fulfillment, and shipment coordination
- Monitor order volumes, backlogs, throughput, and service performance
- Coach warehouse employees and reinforce accountability




- Allocate resources across seasonal customer demands
- Coordinate contractors, maintenance, and building improvements

Requirements:

- Five or more years of distribution leadership experience
- Warehouse employee leadership and development experience
- Robust ERP, Excel, reporting, and systems skills
- Experience managing fulfillment and service-level performance
- Valid driver’s licence and workplace safety knowledge
