Visa Consulting and Analytics seeks a Manager for its Digital Performance consulting practice. This individual contributor role delivers projects for Issuers, Merchants, and Co-Brand Partners, supporting sustainable and profitable growth. The work spans digital customer experience, AI Strategy, SEO, AEO, acquisition, lifecycle optimization, retention, benchmarking, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop frameworks, solutions, and recommendations for digital engagements
- Build actionable insights that help clients achieve objectives
- Partner across Visa functional areas and global regional teams




- Analyze large datasets to determine client insights and recommendations
- Build scalable solutions, toolkits, and consulting approaches

Requirements:

- Five or more years relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- Solid analytical skills and demonstrated intellectual rigor
- Experience with PowerBI, Python, or advanced analytics tools
- Experience developing LLM-driven agents and models
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
