Sephora Canada in Sudbury, ON, is seeking a Store Operations and Talent Manager to lead people and operations on-site. You will oversee staffing, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and ensure Sephora’s standards are met across departments under the Store Director.
You will build high-performing teams, drive training programs, manage performance reviews, and optimize inventory and store processes. This is an in office role with flexibility for evenings/weekends.
