This full time hybrid Finance role handles customer payments, collections, accounts receivable reconciliations, and billing discrepancies. You will review contracts, prepare revenue schedules, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. Collaboration with Finance and operations teams supports variance analysis and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record and reconcile revenue-related journal entries
- Review customer contracts and validate billing
- Process payments, collections, and accounts receivable reconciliations
- Prepare revenue schedules and support month-end close

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- At least three years’ relevant accounts receivable or accounting experience
- Knowledge of revenue recognition, accruals, and reconciliations
- Accounting software and ERP experience; Oracle NetSuite is an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
