As a Senior Physician Education Specialist, you will develop comprehensive programs for surgeons, APPs, nurses, and allied health professionals. Your work includes curriculum, content, learning tools, KOL engagement, and compliant execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Science, R&D;, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to advance clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead healthcare provider education initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
- Design curricula, content, learning objectives, and education tools




- Manage KOL and faculty relationships for program delivery
- Partner with regional teams across the Americas
- Mentor specialists and support onboarding activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum five years of clinical experience
- Minimum one year medical device or pharma experience
- Project management experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to travel approximately sixty percent, including weekends
