As an Emergency Mitigation Manager, you will oversee active restoration projects from scope through completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, conduct site inspections, and ensure protected equipment setup for drying and deodorization. The work requires communication with Project Managers, adjusters, and clients while mentoring technicians and maintaining quality, efficiency, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee multiple emergency response and restoration projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, schedules, and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections and manage psychrometric readings




- Mentor technicians and lead safety meetings
- Update clients, adjusters, and Project Managers on progress

Requirements:

- Five years of restoration or emergency industry experience
- Two years managing, coaching, and developing teams
- Understanding of IICRC S-500 water remediation procedures
- Knowledge of moisture instruments, drying sciences, and cleaning agents
- Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and safety certifications
