The Opportunity

We’re looking for a results-driven and people-oriented General Manager to lead our team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of all hotel operations, ensure financial success, and deliver exceptional guest experiences—all while helping to build a strong and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Bar & VLT services, and tenant management
- Provide strategic direction to achieve financial and service excellence
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated, high-performing team
- Uphold hotel brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth through smart sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace environment
- Liaise with the parent company (NHDC) to ensure alignment with corporate goals




- Champion environmentally sustainable practices within the hotel
- Perform additional tasks assigned

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in hotel operations, including at least 3 years as a General Manager
- Post-secondary diploma in hospitality or equivalent experience
- Experience with midscale or select-service brands; IHG experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial management, guest services, and operational leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
