As a Permanent Placement Recruiter, you will serve as a subject matter expert for a single or multi-market territory. You will guide client hiring strategies, develop candidate pipelines, and support recruitment across Industrial Operations and Skilled Trades, Business Services, and Sales and Marketing. AI-supported platforms help streamline recruitment processes and improve operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
