This Project Manager role supports construction work from kickoff through closeout. You will analyze project requirements, provide technical support on job sites, and prepare applications, orders, invoices, as-built manuals, and guarantee letters. The position requires building engineering or building mechanics training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets, daily reports, schedules, and technical questions
- Coordinate subcontractors and provide technical job-site support
- Lead project kickoff meetings and analyze work requirements
- Request plans, specifications, schedules, prices,
and materials
- Prepare invoices, equipment releases, manuals, and guarantee letters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in building engineering or relevant training
- Diploma of College Studies in building mechanics
- Three to five years’ similar experience
- Knowledge of job-site work methods
