Scrum Master expertise with Jira and Agile ceremonies supports Insight Global’s cross-functional enterprise software team. Work directly with developers and Product Management.

This hands-on Scrum Master coaches and facilitates a small product team in an Agile and Protected environment. You will support organized delivery, manage sprint execution, and translate customer-driven requirements into actionable work. The role partners with Product Owners and Product Managers on priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Build Jira boards and dashboards for sprint visibility
- Track velocity, predictability, and throughput metrics
- Remove roadblocks and manage delivery risks
- Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Experience supporting software development teams as Scrum Master
- Strong hands-on Jira experience with boards and dashboards
- Experience running full Agile ceremonies end-to-end
- Ability to coordinate dependencies across teams
- Experience in Agile or SAFe environments
