Lead financial reporting and internal controls at Keller Construction, supporting accurate operations and strategic decisions. This role reports directly to the VP, Finance.

The Controller oversees routine accounting functions within a construction setting. Responsibilities include financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and process improvements. The role supports senior management through financial analysis and recommendations while maintaining strong accounting practices and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee routine accounting functions and financial documentation
- Coordinate monthly close, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare budgets and monitor budget-to-actual results




- Assess internal controls and recommend process improvements
- Review accounts payable transactions and maintain fixed assets

Requirements:

- Canadian CPA designation
- Two to five years of construction experience
- Robust financial reporting and internal controls knowledge
- ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience leading and mentoring accounting teams
