Reporting to the Lead, Financial Reporting and Asset Accounting, this senior role prepares accurate financial reports and evaluates non-routine transactions. You will advise Finance and operations teams on system and process requirements supporting business activities. The work includes technical accounting, financial statements, audits, and policy updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess complex transactions under IFRS, including revenue, leases, and derivatives
- Prepare audit-ready technical accounting memos and financial presentations
- Coordinate consolidated financial statements, notes, audits, and fieldwork




- Monitor IFRS changes and lead policy and process updates
- Support internal controls and deliver accounting training

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline
- CPA designation and eight years of relevant experience
- Five years of public accounting experience
- Four years of oil and gas industry experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and robust analytical skills
