The Construction Estimating Manager reports to the Construction Estimating Director and supports current opportunities, change orders, and feasibility studies. You will develop full-scope estimates across engineering, equipment, construction, project management, and indirect costs. Collaboration spans proposal, engineering, procurement, risk, commercial, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare capital cost estimates for bids, change orders, and feasibility studies
- Gather technical inputs across multidisciplinary proposal teams
- Review RFPs, contracts, scope, terms, and work breakdown structures




- Benchmark estimates against historical project costs and market conditions
- Present estimate details, risks, and basis for formal approvals

Requirements:

- Engineering, Business, or Mathematics university degree
- At least 10 years’ experience in construction or high technology
- Strong heavy industrial and complex building estimating knowledge
- Advanced mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and accommodate occasional travel
