Support the Ontario Clinical Report Exchange by replacing the legacy Hospital Report Manager solution. Build Java Spring Boot services and REST APIs for secure clinical report exchange with EMR systems. Process FHIR R4 and DSTU2 resources using HAPI FHIR, while integrating healthcare messaging and event-driven services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and support the Java Spring Boot OCRE server
- Parse, validate, transform, and process FHIR resources
- Develop NextGen Connect channels for HL7 v2 messages
- Implement routing, acknowledgements, exception handling, and operational controls
- Integrate OCRE services with Ontario Health Enterprise Pub/Sub

Requirements:

- Senior hands-on Java and Spring Boot development experience
- REST API and HAPI FHIR production-service experience
- FHIR R4 and DSTU2 processing experience
- NextGen Connect and HL7 v2 integration experience
- Public sector experience is required
