As Product Manager, you will report to the R&D; Vice President and bring five to ten-plus years of experience. You will guide products across payment software models, including SaaS, middleware, and on-premise solutions. Your work connects customer engagement, competitive analysis, payment trends, and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define commercial requirements through customer, reseller, and partner engagement
- Manage product life cycles from concept through launch
- Establish prioritized backlogs, roadmaps, and release cycles
- Support pricing, proposals, training, webinars, and demos




- Validate solution feasibility and scalability with architects and developers

Requirements:

- Five to ten-plus years of Product Manager experience
- Successful software launches in US, Canadian, or global payments
- University degree in a listed technical or business discipline
- Solid US and Canadian payment knowledge
- Based in Toronto or Montréal; travel once per quarter
