The O365/Digital Workplace Manager leads strategy, implementation, and administration for MVH’s digital collaboration and productivity platforms. You will oversee Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive while improving Associate adoption. The position also partners with security teams and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and support
- Develop the digital workplace tools roadmap
- Drive adoption through training and communication
- Implement security policies and data governance controls




- Monitor service health, performance, and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five-plus years managing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
- Deep expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administration
- Experience with Conditional Access, DLP, and eDiscovery
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
