Element’s Senior Finance Process Excellence and Automation Analyst modernizes finance shared services. You will simplify workflows, develop AI-enabled solutions, and create insights that strengthen efficiency, controls, and performance. The work combines technical delivery with problem-solving and stakeholder partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prioritize finance process improvement opportunities
- Lead automation, AI, reporting, and workflow solution delivery
- Build solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL
- Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, and exception reporting




- Support adoption through documentation, guidance, and change management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or related field
- Four to six years’ relevant process, finance, automation, or analytics experience
- Finance or financial services process knowledge
- Required hands-on Alteryx experience
- Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, data transformation, and visualization
