As an AI Engineering Manager, you will build solutions inside a business pod and work with users daily. You will develop production RAG and agent experiences across back end and contemporary front end systems. The work emphasizes solution design, quality, cloud-native delivery, and engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build full-stack features on AWS and Azure
- Use Claude and other models in production solutions
- Work directly with business users inside the pod
- Test and evaluate everything that ships
- Set engineering standards and support less experienced engineers

Requirements:

- Five to eight years building software or AI
- One to two years leading engineering work
- Python, TypeScript, React, Docker, and Kubernetes experience
- Production RAG and agent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Lead hands-on AI engineering at Huron through cloud delivery, production agents, quality practices, and close business collaboration.
