The Manager, IT & Systems leads day-to-day operations, infrastructure, business systems, and technical support. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations and Performance, this role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership. It supports employees, business initiatives, and technology standards across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily IT operations and technical support across company locations
- Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, hardware, and software
- Administer Microsoft 365, user access, permissions, and core technologies
- Lead cybersecurity, risk management, monitoring, and incident response




- Manage projects, vendors, assets, licensing, and technology lifecycle planning

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in information technology or a related field
- Minimum five years of progressive IT experience
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with cybersecurity practices, policies, and risk controls
- Leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
