Houle is recruiting a driven Project Manager/Estimator for its Service division. You will estimate projects, manage financials, purchasing, schedules, labour, and risk, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, contractors, field staff, and customers. The work supports projects staying on track, on budget, and aligned with expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify business opportunities with clients
- Estimate projects and submit tenders
- Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions
- Manage billing, purchasing, schedules, labour, and project financials




- Review completed projects with foremen and superintendents

Requirements:

- Electrical trade certificate, engineering degree, or technologist credential
- Two years electrical project management or estimating experience
- Experience estimating projects or change orders
- Solid relationships, communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Procore, and Teams
