Insight Global is seeking an experienced software engineering professional to join a major Canadian Space Company. The successful candidate will have C++ software engineering experience and be comfortable moving into an entirely leadership role. This position will be responsible for the coordination of product development, ensuring the team is handling the correct prioritization for bug fixes and customer releases. This role is in office x4 days per week in the west Island of Monreal. Candidates must be eligible for both Reliability and Controlled Goods Clearances

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of software development experience in C++ 2+ years of software engineering leadership experience such as a team lead, tech lead, scrum master, product owner or product lead

Bilingual FR/EN Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and scrum/agile project delivery

*Pay range for this role is between $70/hr - 85/hr CAD.
