Lead financial insights for Four Seasons Technology from Toronto, combining advanced Excel analysis with hybrid collaboration three days weekly onsite.

This Manager, Financial Insights & Analytics role supports FP&A; and company transformation efforts. You will coordinate budgets, forecasts, long-range planning, reporting, and performance analysis. The position partners with Technology, Infrastructure, Systems, Accounting, Operations, and Finance leaders to support informed resource allocation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning cycles
- Develop insights using Volume/Price, Flowthrough, and other performance indicators
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, variances, risks, and financial performance
- Prepare quarterly presentations, reports, statements,



and budget comparisons
- Coordinate reporting timelines and create reports supporting business needs

Requirements:

- Five or more years of financial or strategic analysis experience
- Solid understanding of Hotel Finance, USALI, and Flowthrough analysis
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Math, or Statistics
- Advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting, Excel, and large-data analysis skills
- Experience with financial and ERP systems, including Essbase or similar
