Manage B2B collections and reconciliations for Highspring’s client in the Greater Toronto Area, using credit analysis and portfolio judgment. This role requires Canadian work authorization.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages a customer portfolio and monitors outstanding balances. You will prioritize collections using aging, risk, payment history, and balances. The work includes investigating billing issues, coordinating resolutions, and supporting credit reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor portfolios, aging reports, balances, invoices, and payment activity
- Conduct timely follow-ups and secure payment commitments
- Escalate high-risk accounts, bad debt, and credit concerns
- Investigate discrepancies, deductions, credits, and unapplied payments
- Maintain notes and collaborate on reconciliations and resolutions

Requirements:

- Three or more years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience
- Experience with credit analysis and B2B collections
- Experience supporting account reconciliations
- Current residence within the Greater Toronto Area
- Permission to work in Canada
