This mid-level individual contributor role supports entities integrating into Global Business Services. You will discover, document, transition, and improve finance processes across AP, AR, and GL. The position connects local finance teams with GBS stakeholders while overseeing service delivery, KPIs, knowledge transfer, training, and hypercare activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AP, AR, and GL process discovery and documentation
- Execute finance process transition plans for GBS migration
- Coordinate knowledge transfer, training, and hypercare support
- Drive process standardization, improvement, and automation initiatives




- Monitor KPIs and communicate service performance transparently

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- Five to seven years’ finance or shared services experience
- Hands-on experience transitioning finance processes into shared services
- Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%
