Key Responsibilities:

- Perform full cycle accounting for assigned properties
- Post monthly journal entries and prepare working papers
- Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with property, leasing, and asset management teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Business or Commerce with accounting major
- Three years’ Property Management Accounting experience
- Five years’ experience required for Senior Accountant
- Robust Excel, Word, and Yardi Voyager skills
- Enrollment in CPA program required for Senior Accountant
