The Front Store Manager oversees cosmetics and all Front Store areas, excluding Pharmacy. You will lead staff, manage procedures, and help achieve store objectives. The position emphasizes labour scheduling, performance coaching, financial analysis, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Store Standards across Front Store areas and backroom
- Manage labour scheduling through Work Force Management
- Ensure adequate staffing levels for business operations
- Coach staff and conduct performance reviews
- Analyze reports and address financial discrepancies

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of previous retail management experience
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Effective planning, organization, and time management skills
