Reporting to the Ground Equipment Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate a team’s daily activities while performing maintenance and repairs. The work supports operational efficiency, scheduled execution, and established safety procedures. It requires ground equipment mechanics knowledge, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily work for ground mechanics
- Maintain and repair Air Transat heavy vehicles
- Maintain and repair Air Transat light vehicles
- Ensure work follows schedules and operational priorities
- Maintain a safe, procedure-compliant work workplace

Requirements:

- Relevant ground equipment mechanics training or experience
- Minimum five years maintaining and repairing ground equipment
- Engaging leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain RAIC and Transport Canada DA permits
- Oral and written French and English proficiency
