As a Regulatory Affairs Associate on FreedomCare’s Compliance team, you will monitor regulatory developments and maintain policies and procedures. The work supports state Medicaid applications, licensing processes, contracts, and ongoing adherence to applicable requirements. FreedomCare supports patients across the United States through home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and communicate changes in applicable regulations
- Lead state licensure and Change of Ownership applications
- Oversee contracts, renewals, documentation, and compliance filings
- Submit and track state Medicaid applications
- Manage policy and procedure governance and lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related required field
- Minimum five years of healthcare industry experience
- Healthcare contract, licensing, or regulatory compliance experience preferred
- State Medicaid, Medicare, or regulatory filing experience preferred
- Solid organization, detail, and regulatory knowledge
