West Cirque Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to provide construction solutions for commercial and multi-family projects. The position manages budgets, schedules, quality control, contracts, and health and safety practices. It also coordinates owners, contractors, municipalities, consultants, and subcontractors throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage resources, schedules, documentation, budgets, and project activities
- Issue tenders, develop contracts, and negotiate revisions

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or CET diploma
