As a Senior Project Architect, you will guide projects from development through close-out while balancing design intent, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. Healthcare, education, federal, and laboratory environments are emphasized, with collaboration across architects, planners, designers, and technical experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct multidisciplinary teams throughout complete project lifecycles
- Develop work plans defining scope, resources, schedules, and budgets
- Review architectural documents for interdisciplinary conflicts
- Oversee drawings, reports, specifications,



and quality procedures
- Coordinate authorities, stakeholders, consultants, and project teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field
- Minimum ten years of experience
- Registered Architect designation
- Proficiency using Autodesk Revit and related tools
- Experience preparing architectural contract documents and specifications
