Lead retail security operations onsite in Toronto, supervising personnel while protecting LCBO stores, staff, and property through risk reduction.

Reporting to the Manager, Retail Security Resource Protection, this Supervisor oversees contract security compliance and LCBO Resource Protection members. The work includes investigating incidents, supporting crisis responses, managing access controls, and mitigating corporate risk. You will also coordinate security systems, video evidence reviews, installations, and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise LCBO Resource Protection and contract security personnel
- Investigate incidents and recommend risk-reduction measures
- Manage security systems, access control, and emergency responses




- Review video evidence and support the Video Unit Coordinator
- Visit retail stores regarding guarding and equipment concerns

Requirements:

- Post-secondary security administration or police foundations certificate
- Minimum five years’ security experience, preferably retail or government
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and monitoring equipment
- Ability to travel throughout Ontario as needed
