Under the designated Pharmacy Manager, this Pharmacist supports long term care pharmacy services in Regina. The work includes prescription verification, critical medication assessment, palliative care response, and delivery coordination. You will also collaborate with pharmacy and resident care teams while following professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medication orders accurately, safely, timely, and completely
- Verify appropriate medication administration and assess critical medications

Requirements:
