Lead water resources projects with Stantec using hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality expertise. Work within a national community from regional Canadian offices.

As a senior Water Resources Engineer or Environmental Engineer, you will contribute to Stantec’s Environmental Services Business Line. The work includes business development, project management, technical reporting, and collaboration across water, mining, environmental management, transportation, and infrastructure disciplines. You will support complex projects involving groundwater, surface water, compliance, investigations, assessments, and permitting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality projects
- Contribute to proposals, pre-qualifications, and client relationships




- Provide technical expertise for designs and reports
- Supervise, train, mentor, and guide junior staff
- Undertake quality reviews of project deliverables

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Qualified Engineer or Geologist license
- Minimum 10 years of water resources experience
- Experience managing consulting projects and mentoring staff
- Advanced technical writing and communication skills
