Insight Global seeks an AI Enablement Engineer to support a new AI Enablement function. You will create tools, standards, documentation, and platforms that help engineers discover and implement AI-powered solutions. The work connects Engineering, Platform, Data, Analytics, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design developer experiences supporting effective AI capability adoption
- Build internal developer portals and knowledge hubs
- Create technical documentation, guides, standards, and best practices
- Partner with technical teams to improve capability discoverability




- Translate engineer feedback into scalable enablement solutions

Requirements:

- Experience in DevEx, platform enablement, or technical enablement
- Solid technical documentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting portals, platforms, or self-service tooling
- Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and CI/CD concepts
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI ecosystems
