As a Business Systems Developer, you will design, build, and maintain internal digital solutions. Your work spans business applications, workflows, third-party integrations, and automation. Grantek’s environment includes IT, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Business Process teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop internal applications, workflows, and digital tools
- Build CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and PM integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement secure coding practices and participate in reviews
- Troubleshoot defects, integration failures, and system errors

Requirements:

- Experience with backend, frontend, and scripting development
- Strong REST, GraphQL, webhook, and integration knowledge
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud environments
- Experience with Git and GitHub Enterprise
- Knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling
