As a Clinical Practice Lead, you contribute to patient care and professional nursing practice under a Manager or designate. The position includes clinical practice, practice assessment and development, clinical consultation, care coordination, and leadership activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to delivery of patient care
- Assess and develop qualified nursing practice
- Provide clinical consultation and care coordination
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Guide and supervise unit staff

Requirements:

- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Practicing RN or RPN registrant status
- Five years of recent related experience
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize priorities and work independently
