As Product Manager, High-Tech, you will connect customer insights, market needs, and regional product plans. You will support tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers through positioning, advancement, and introduction activities. This role works across Portfolio Management, Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Breeding to strengthen regional decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize variety positioning, market share, and gross margin
- Analyze regional sales, forecasts, customers, and market information
- Translate crop strategies into regional tactical plans
- Provide insights to Breeding and Product Development




- Lead variety advancement and coordinate seed allocation decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, plant science, business, or related field
- Eight or more years of relevant skilled experience
- Strong agricultural knowledge and market understanding
- Analytical, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel frequently across Canada, USA, Mexico, and Netherlands
