Insight Global seeks a Senior Insights Analyst, Finance for its Finance and Decision Analytics function. You will analyze markdowns, clearance, store performance, and profitability while managing reporting workflows, dashboards, root-cause analysis, and test-and-learn measurement. The role requires financial acumen, business storytelling, and explicit communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own analytics supporting markdown and clearance decisions
- Analyze financial and store performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build Tableau dashboards and stakeholder scorecards




- Investigate discrepancies across data, logic, and business rules
- Translate findings into recommendations and test-and-learn guidance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field
- Four to six years of relevant analytics experience
