Lead audio-visual floor operations as an Event Operations Manager, coordinating technicians, equipment delivery, customer service, and workflow execution.

This manager oversees daily event operations and directly supervises operational team members. The work includes scheduling, timekeeping, inventory control, equipment readiness, client billing review, and onsite guest support. You will help deliver services according to client and hotel specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily floor activities and technician workflow
- Supervise scheduling, timekeeping, and delegated operational tasks
- Maintain equipment sheets and inventory control procedures
- Meet guests onsite and verify equipment setup
- Review billing and advise leaders of challenges

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four years audio-visual and hospitality experience required
- Two years supervisory experience or Encore ADOP completion
- Working knowledge of live show audio-visual equipment
- Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and Microsoft Office
