Lead well servicing operations across Western Canada from Leduc, Alberta, using safety leadership and regional field management expertise. Significant travel is required.

Savanna Well Servicing seeks an Operations Manager reporting to the General Manager. This hands-on leader directs field operations, develops crews, and influences safety, performance, profitability, and people decisions. Regular work includes rig sites and field offices with superintendents, clients, and crews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional operations, rig utilization, safety performance, and profitability
- Develop Field Superintendents, Coordinators, and Field Supervisors
- Ensure worksites have suitable people, equipment, and materials
- Maintain fleet compliance with NSC requirements
- Review P&L;, manage budgets, and submit AFEs

Requirements:

- 10–15 years of well servicing or oilfield experience
- Experience as a Field Superintendent
- Regional, Area Manager, or similar multi-site leadership experience
- Solid safety record, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
