Priority Commerce seeks a Staff Product Manager for its Innovation Lab within the Technology Resource Group. You will frame problems, create PRDs, prioritize experiments, and guide initiatives through prototyping, validation, and transition. The work spans AI-assisted requirements, developer experience, payments, and customer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define validated problems aligned with Innovation Lab value streams
- Translate ambiguous ideas into measurable PRDs and milestones
- Prioritize backlog using Impact/Effort scoring and roadmaps
- Lead prototypes, feedback loops,



and go/no-go checkpoints
- Transition validated initiatives to long-term product owners

Requirements:

- Five or more years of Product Management experience
- Experience delivering SaaS, transactional, or complex software
- Experience with discovery, PRDs, prioritization, and agile roadmaps
- Experience utilizing AI agents or assisted product workflows
- Robust communication, collaboration, and business judgment skills
