Lead regional operations for DoorDash DashMart, combining multi-site leadership with analytical decision-making across approximately five fulfillment centers.

As Operations Manager, you will own operational outcomes for a portfolio of DashMart sites and their managers. You will coach Site Managers toward self-sufficient performance while reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, Canada. The role also requires leading a centralized workstream across the Canadian network, spanning operational priorities and strategic improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own operational outcomes across approximately five DashMart sites
- Develop Site Managers through effective coaching and leadership
- Lead a centralized workstream across DashMart Canada
- Improve efficiency, costs, quality controls,



and process design
- Manage regional P&L; accountability and strategic contributions

Requirements:

- Five or more years of operations leadership experience
- Three or more years managing managers with P&L; accountability
- Experience leading cross-functional work without direct authority
- Solid analytical skills with Sigma, Excel, or SQL familiarity
- Multi-site operations experience and geographic schedule flexibility
