Lead franchise operations for Good Earth Coffeehouse, supporting partners and corporate teams from Calgary or the Greater Toronto Area. Travel throughout Canada is required.
As Regional Manager, you will guide multi-unit retail or foodservice operations across Good Earth’s expanding Canadian network. Your work connects Franchise Operating Partners with Corporate Support while reinforcing quality, service, cleanliness, sales, profitability, and marketing execution. Franchise experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships between Franchise Operating Partners and Corporate Support
- Ensure coffeehouses meet Positive Earth quality, service, cleanliness standards
- Support budgeted sales and bottom line profitability
- Coordinate national and local marketing campaign execution
- Provide operational leadership across coffeehouses and corporate teams
Requirements:
- Minimum six years of retail or foodservice experience
- Minimum three years managing multiple operating units
- Ability to execute operational plans with excellence
- Track record achieving goals and targets
- University degree and flexibility to travel throughout Canada
