As Data Operations Manager at Alexion, you will manage data feeds, quality, delivery, and operational reliability. You will work across specialty pharmacy, infusion, wholesaler, distributor, and third-party aggregation data. The position requires requirements definition, pipeline troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and downstream data product support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess feeds and define mappings, specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Oversee scheduled intake, delivery, freshness, completeness, and recovery
- Investigate discrepancies using SQL in Snowflake and implement durable fixes
- Partner with engineers on reusable models, pipelines,



controls, and lineage
- Manage Jira priorities, cutovers, hypercare, and post-release reviews

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years
- Strong SQL and practical Snowflake knowledge across core platform capabilities
- Working knowledge of Python, Airflow, and dbt or comparable tools
- Ability to trace data end to end and assess impacts
- Experience with pharmaceutical commercial data and business-facing delivery
