As an Associate Category Manager, you will manage category performance and identify growth opportunities across Wolseley Canada. The work involves product assortment, supplier strategies, financial metrics, and cross-functional execution. You will support business targets while delivering value to customers through branches and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales targets, profitability, funding contribution, and market share growth
- Review product assortment and develop supplier opportunities nationally
- Support supplier negotiations and execute plans for category targets




- Analyze product and program financial and operational metrics
- Prepare weekly, period, and year-to-date sales reports

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related discipline
- Two-plus years’ category management or related experience
- Advanced Excel, Tableau, Microsoft BI, and PowerPoint knowledge
- Experience managing and analyzing product data
- Robust communication, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills
