Lead site-wide HSE and operational coordination for Kraken Robotics in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, supporting protected, efficient, compliant performance across teams.

The Site General Manager provides central leadership without direct ownership of individual Business Unit activities. This position coordinates shared resources, monitors performance, escalates risks, and supports operational excellence. Responsibilities span HSE, maintenance, contractors, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate operations, maintenance, logistics, and project resources
- Own site HSE performance, investigations, permits, and corrective actions
- Ensure maintenance, asset integrity, and statutory inspections remain effective
- Manage contractors, suppliers, onboarding, supervision, and quality assurance




- Prepare site performance reports and drive improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Industrial, energy, marine, logistics, or manufacturing site management experience
- Working knowledge of risk assessments, permits, investigations, and corrective actions
- Maintenance coordination and asset integrity experience
- Strong planning, cost control, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
