As Manager, Coupa Enablement and Administration, you will oversee Coupa system operations, governance, reporting, and user support. The work includes Procure-to-Pay policy deployment, supplier integration, master data, and cross-functional project coordination. You will support hospitals across MVH.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Coupa administration, rollouts, upgrades, access, and master data
- Lead Procure-to-Pay policy deployment across EMEA business units
- Coordinate supplier integrations, releases, conversions, and special projects
- Improve purchasing processes, workflows, catalogs, and data integrity




- Coach users and develop Infrastructure Coupa systems associates

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred
- Eight-plus years’ procurement experience with systems and project management
- Five-plus years of Coupa experience required
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams required
- Healthcare or hospital purchasing experience preferred
