Lead community engagement for Trillium Rail Partners on the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, using stakeholder relations and construction communications expertise.

The Community Engagement Manager plans and delivers engagement for TRP’s Stations, Rail, and Systems scope. Reporting to the Communications and Community Engagement Lead, this hands-on manager works with project teams and the Contracting Authority. The focus includes contractual requirements, community information, construction impacts, and practical mitigation. Robust judgment, initiative, and follow-through guide planning, approvals, delivery, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engagement and construction communications plans
- Prepare location-specific plans for sensitive construction activities
- Build relationships with residents, businesses, and community organizations




- Deliver public meetings, open houses, and community events
- Manage enquiries, complaints, notifications, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Degree in communications, public relations, or related discipline
- Minimum five years’ communications or community engagement experience
- Experience delivering construction notifications and enquiry programs
- Experience managing staff, suppliers, and budgets
- Excellent writing, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills
